Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, Little Tokyo Lofts has become a haven for those seeking the adventure of authentic city-living and nightlife.
Surrounded by delicious restaurants and bistros, eclectic galleries, coffee houses and unique boutiques, the six-story building that used to house an elevator manufacturing facility for the Westinghouse Electric Company is now home to 161 lofts ranging in size from a 700 square foot studio, to two-story ground floor townhomes and an expansive two-story penthouse loft with spectacular city skyline views.
With prices starting in the mid $300,000s, homes at Little Tokyo Lofts feature twelve-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, light-filled steel casement windows and designer kitchens with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinetry.
Rich in history, Little Tokyo Lofts still retains much of the character from its days as an industrial warehouse. The over-scaled mushroom capitol columns and large industrial steel windows of the original building are still intact.
Additionally, the façade of the building was preserved and still features the former owner’s “Circle W” trademark engraved in the tower’s façade. Similarly, the original logo can still be found engraved into the floor of the building’s elevator.
Parking won’t be a concern for Little Tokyo Loft residents, who will have access to a 24-hour monitored, multi-story parking garage with a pedestrian bridge connecting to the main building. Each unit comes with one or two parking spaces and additional spaces are available for purchase.
Another convenience is Little Tokyo Loft’s SmartBark™ dog park, which features a fenced in, 100-foot long dog run with benches and a Dogipot pet waste station. The focal point of the dog park is a unique and colorful mural entitled Kabuki Dogs, which stands six feet tall by eight feet wide and features four dogs in kabuki-style dress and make-up.
Residents can also take advantage of the heated pool, spa and barbecue area, or the open garden courtyard or second floor outdoor lounge.
