Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, Little Tokyo Lofts is
an authentic loft community consisting of 161 condominium lofts and
over 29,000 square feet of ground floor retail. It was originally
built in 1922 as an industrial building that served as the
headquarters of Westinghouse Electrical Company. Homes at Little
Tokyo Lofts feature twelve-foot ceilings, hardwood floors,
light-filled steel casement windows and designer kitchens with new
stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinetry.
Rich in history, Little Tokyo Lofts still retains much of the
character from its days as an industrial warehouse. The over-scaled
mushroom capitol columns and large industrial steel windows of the
original building are still intact. Additionally, the façade of the
building was preserved and still features the former owner’s “Circle
W” trademark engraved in the tower’s façade. The community features
a fitness center, dog park, pool, spa, parking structure, and garden
courtyard.
