After forming Hammer Ventures, Mr. Hammer led the firm to acquire and develop over 1,600 units in more than fifteen multi-family projects. Mr. Hammer is a licensed broker and a published author of various real estate articles for Urban Land magazine. After receiving his BS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, he graduated with a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
